What if my insurance info changes?

Simply give us a call and ask for our billing department to update your insurance information. Also, please bring your new insurance card to your next visit.

What if there is a problem or error with my bill?

If you have questions or a problem with your bill, contact our billing department, and we'll be happy to help.

Am I responsible for payment?

While your insurance may cover all or part of your patient fees, ultimately you are responsible for making sure your fees are paid, including any deductible, co-insurance, etc. Insurance can sometimes be difficult to understand, so we are here to help you determine your coverage.
