Adjustments (manipulations of spine or joint) – A technique where chiropractor’s use their hands or a device to apply pressure to manipulate the joint to help improve function, range of motion, and help with pain.

Red Light Therapy (Health Lights) – Uses photobiomodulation (low level laser) to deliver infrared light into areas of the body. This helps regenerate cells, restore cell function, and increases blood flow. As a result, this heals and improves pain.

Acoustic Sound Wave Therapy (EPAT) - uses acoustic shockwaves to break up soft tissue calcifications, enhance collagen synthesis, release growth factors, and stimulate your body’s healing process to improve pain and help you stay active.

Decompression – motorized traction to help improve different spinal conditions. This works by gently stretching the spine with a decompression table allowing water, oxygen, and nutrient-rich fluids into the discs.

Graston – a form of manual therapy that uses a stainless steel instrument to help treat different soft tissue injuries to help stimulate blood flow and break up adhesions.

Dry Needling – Uses of acupuncture needles that target myofascial trigger points (adhesions) in the muscles. This is done to improve pain, decrease muscle tension, and improve function.
